Michael Wang
President & CEO

Michael has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2015. He previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Michael came to Onestop with over 20 years of executive and ecommerce experience. Most recently, he was the Chief Operations and Fulfillment Officer at Zazzle during the period when the company achieved 40X growth in revenue. Prior to Zazzle, Michael held senior executive positions in Vitec Group (as President), Technicolor (as GM), and Honeywell (as GM) where he learnt directly from the legendary Larry Bossidy the value of disciplined execution. Michael earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and separately a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Oakland University. He also received his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Rick Egan
SVP of Partner Strategy & Operations

As SVP of Partner Strategy & Operations, Rick leads strategic account management and site operations. The Account Management teams are focused on building online brands and helping them to realize their full growth potential. Rick’s expertise is in building strong teams that are well versed in using data to make decisions and how to focus that data on the bottom line for building a business. Rick came to Onestop with 20 years of experience in helping brands connect with customers and grow sales. Prior to Onestop, Rick was a Vice President at The Search Agency where he helped build the company from a small startup agency to one of the ten largest in the country. Rick is a Southern California native who earned his BS from Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo and his MBA from Webster University.

Tony Puccetti
SVP of Sales & Business Development

Tony is responsible for leading the company's sales and business development initiatives. Tony brings to this role over two decades of experience in retail, brand management, product merchandising, operations and sales. His first tenure at Onestop was from 2010 to 2014 as Director of Sales and VP of Sales Operations. For the past two years he served as COO of Buscemi, a global luxury sneaker company. Before joining Onestop initially, Tony was the West Coast Sales Manager for the Total Apparel Group where he directed all product and sales strategies for FIFA in the United States running up to the 2010 World Cup. Prior to managing FIFA apparel and accessories, he was the Performance Brand Manager for Puma North America where he managed the brand's soccer, baseball and running businesses in the Western US, helping to grow the North American Puma business from $70 million to just under $1 billion during his ten years of contribution. Tony started his career as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps.

Drew Simon

As SVP of Project Management, Drew leads all PMO related activities at Onestop. The PMO is focused on maximizing Onestop’s talented resources, providing organization to complex delivery and delighting our customers and clients. Drew is a technology executive with 20+ years of Program & Project management experience. Prior to Onestop, Drew was a Vice President at YP and coordinated all programs & projects for a billion-dollar digital advertising company. Prior to YP, Drew was a Vice President for major digital advertising agencies such as McCann Erickson, Genex & US Interactive. Drew has worked with top Fortune 100 clients such as Microsoft, General Motors, Mastercard, Acura, Cessna, Ford, Dairy Farm International & Toyota.

Dan Wallace-Brewster
SVP of Marketing & Corporate Communication

Building upon more than 20 years in marketing and media, Dan now serves as Onestop’s Senior Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communication. In this role he leads Onestop's digital marketing agency and business to business marketing. As Group Director at eBay Enterprise, he led performance marketing and business development for key West Coast retail accounts driving more than $500 million in annual online revenue. He was also an architect of co-marketing efforts between PayPal and numerous key national accounts. In addition to other ecommerce roles in the travel and events industries, he has served in senior marketing positions for the Phoenix Coyotes, Los Angeles Dodgers and USC Trojans, directing all advertising, loyalty programs, promotions and in-venue entertainment. Specialties include market research, analytics and emerging retail technologies. Dan is a two-time graduate of the University of Southern California (BA ’93, MBA ’02) and also serves on the adjunct faculty of the University of San Francisco’s School of Sports Management.

Kunah Yoon

Kunah Yoon is responsible for bringing the client's vision to life for Onestop Internet. Prior to joining Onestop, Kunah served as Creative Director at Westside Interactive, where he worked on various new media projects for a diverse client set, including Panasonic, The Game Show Network, Universal Paramount and many others. Kunah's work has been published in international annuals and books, and has won numerous artistic awards from all over the world. Kunah received his MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Jeff Hackert
VP of Technology

As VP of Technology, Jeff brings a philosophy built on experiential coaching to Engineering, Product Development, and Design leadership. Jeff’s background includes product and engineering roles at Soylent, Chef, Riot Games and Red Bull. At Onestop, he will further empower individuals and teams to develop and improve on Lean, XP, and Human Centered Design practices in order to deliver high-quality software and services at velocity.
He is a featured conference speaker and technical writer on engineering culture, mindfulness in the workplace, engineering management, and team development.

Megan Hernandez
VP of Organizational Development

Megan came to Onestop with over 12 years of experience building and optimizing marketing programs and organizations with an emphasis on process, structure, and people development. Megan’s expertise is in helping bring clarity and life around a sound organizational structure on which our people can build fulfilling and empowering career paths. Megan holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.

Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith serves as Onestop’s VP of Finance & Administration, overseeing the company’s worldwide finance organization, cash management, investor relations, corporate planning, corporate administration, legal and human resources as well as overall corporate and financial risk management. Prior to joining Onestop, Jennifer specialized in supporting all aspects of accounting, finance and human resources for various other technology startups. Jennifer completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at California State University, Long Beach.

Clayton Wagner

Clayton oversees the Onestop technology infrastructure. Clayton began his career at Hughes Aircraft Company in Newport Beach where he attended their accelerated technical and management training programs. After working for Hughes Aircraft for 4 years, he joined Buy.com during its startup phase, building an enterprise ecommerce infrastructure platform that would compete with Amazon. Prior to joining Onestop Clayton consulted for PacSun and Arbonne International, as well as many health organizations. Clayton is a graduate of UC Irvine.
